1. Drink lots of water
Drink plenty of water when the stomach was cramping. Water can reduce the acid levels in the stomach. Also reduce the consumption of coffee, tea and alcoholic beverages because it will make the pain worse.
2. Warm water
Warm temperature of water can help relax muscles and relieve pain due to cramps. You could also try putting a warm towel on the abdomen.
3. Change your eating habits
The best way to avoid cramps is to change unhealthy eating habits. Avoid consumption of spicy foods, fatty foods and carbonated beverages. Eat slowly and chew food properly so that your digestive system working properly.
4. Bland food consumption
If a cramps up after you eat certain foods, try to cope by eating bland foods. Like, crackers, rice, bananas or bread to the stomach returned to stability.
5. Consumption of painkillers
You can also take painkillers such as paracetamol, to relieve pain due to stomach cramps. However, avoid the consumption of aspirin or other anti-inflammatory drugs.
